Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the project overall in most aspects were excellent. The only complaint really came from the Constructon side and
it seemed at tmes they didn't think out some specifc things in more detail to provide an accurate portrayal of what the plan was
trying to achieve at specifc sites on the project.
