Evaluate the contractor's timeliness As noted previously, the deliverables were generally met in time for when they were needed. Some of them just weren't
delivered when we were told via email or voicemail that they would be.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The overall quality of deliverables met expectations. Reports were reviewed by multiple MnDOT staff and did need some
revisions, but overall the quality was good.
