Evaluate the contractor's timeliness : Unsatisfactory: Contractor routinely attended assignments in an untimely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfactory: Contractor was an experienced mediator and provided marginal mediation and facilitation services for MDE.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Unsatisfactory: Contractor’s invoices for services and travel expenses associated with the assignments were much higher than the anticipated costs and expenses.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Unsatisfactory: Contractor’s overall performance varied. Although she was knowledgeable, participant evaluations were frequently negative, indicating feedback that she failed to maintain neutrality and was often evaluative in situations where a facilitative approach would have been appropriate.
