Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Consultant was timely with completing their work

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of the work was OK. There were several times that it felt like the consultant wasn't double checking their own work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were fair

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance was less than OK. There were several meetings missed by the consultant, and as mentioned above there were several times where it felt like they weren't double checking their own drawings before finalizing them. This was however an emergency project, which was known by the consultant. It was also requested by the facility that extra attention be paid to this project do to the nature of the work and its location (a correctional facility) Consultant did not follow through on this request.
