All HVAC equipment currently cooling spaces will be replaced with new water source heat pumps. Associated plumbing, pumps and controls will be upgraded as needed. Design a desuperheater domestic hot water and storage system for domestic water use. Existing boilers may be replaced with new high efficiency boilers to serve the remaining heating only equipment in the drill hall and supply rooms and serve as backup to the geothermal field.
