Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor and contractor's help and pother performers were on time for every public performance. Had difficulty with timeliness with planning meetings but when it came to show time, everything was good.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor understood the Zoo audience and tailored musical performance to appeal to them, adding humor, puppetry, dance and other interactive features.
