Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The Contractor completed the tasks of the project and the work in the time/schedule that was provided by the MDA.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the Contractor's services and deliverables was good. The Contractor provided appropriate communication to MDA staff and the MDA's Consultant providing oversight on the project. The Contractor performed the services safely.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs and unit prices were very fair. The Contractor was diligent and timely in providing daily reports and costs to the MDA, allowing the MDA to update the project's budget and to prepare appropriate Work Change Directives and the Supplemental Agreement to the Contract.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor provided great performance on the project. On-site and management personnel communicated well with the MDA on a daily basis and responded to the MDA's requests and direction.
