Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This project was under a very tight schedule and we were trying to find ways to minimize the plan set and deliver the singing
information in a different format than typical. This required the consultant to bring innovation to the project as well as speed
when accomplishing tasks. To do this the consultant needed to have a good understanding of what is necessary to build the
plan, innovation success, and good performance experience.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Alliant was provided an impossible schedule that from the start of the project sounded impossible to meet. Shortly after kickoff
we asked if they could deliver the project 2.5 weeks early despite the already difficult schedule. Mike and his team were able to
not only meet our expectations but exceed them.

Evaluate the contractor's quality It was clear that Alliant followed their QMP and have a thorough understanding of this work type. They came to us with
suggestions and improvements and we had very little comments/redlines to add to the plans. We finished with an outstanding
product.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost was very reasonable and came in well under budget.
