Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfactory: Contractor was an experienced mediator and provided good quality mediation and facilitation services for MDE.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Unsatisfactory: Contractor’s invoices for services and travel expenses associated with the assignments were much higher than anticipated costs and expenses.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Neutral: Contractor’s overall performance varied. Although she was knowledgeable, participant evaluations frequently indicated that she failed to maintain neutrality and was often evaluative in situations that clearly needed to be facilitative.
