All work was done as spelled out in the contract. Contractor was prompt and proactive in all communications and providing training materials in advance.
This contractor was of top quality. Content was provocative, original, and highly adapted to our division’s needs. Sara Taylor remembered everyone’s name after one introduction and built on concepts we learned together which reinforced the material. She did not shy away from discomfort but welcomed it and addressed it with data-driven studies and real life examples. She developed trust and report with the audience. Louise Litt was also engaging, warm, and a highly skilled facilitator.

The fee was on par with the service and a great value.

The overall performance was excellent. One participant commented: "I have seen this presentation twice and feel there are elements I missed the first time. I could see it again and still learn new things. I feel everyone should do this training."
