No issue with timeliness.

Fee was reasonable. The price was negotiated down by $2,000 below their original quote.
The session for employees was well done and earned a rating of 4.5/5 from employees and a 3.6/5 for the management session. However, the instructor did not follow the instructions for the management session and tried to cram 3 hours of material in one hour and mentioned several times during both the employee and manager session that managers should have been at the employee session. She was told well in advance that they would not be at the employee session and failed to make the changes (ironic given the subject matter) to right size the information for the managers. She was told immediately before the management session, not to mention that they should have been at the employee session; but ignored the request and made mention of it 5 times during the presentation. The end result was the managers felt confused and there was no class participation. The HR Dir, Commissioner and Deputy were all very disappointed with the management session.

We would not work with the instructor Stevie Peterson again but would work with Watermark learning.
