Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor accomplished the project goals per their scope. However, their scope was somewhat limited in that it did not
conduct new testing at roundabouts, but rather composed a summary evaluation of other speed reduction strategies that have
been tried at non-roundabout locations. The effectiveness of these strategies, and others, when deployed at roundabouts
remains unknown at this time
