The project was delivered in a timely fashion
The contractor accomplished the project goals per their scope. However, their scope was somewhat limited in that it did not
conduct new testing at roundabouts, but rather composed a summary evaluation of other speed reduction strategies that have
been tried at non-roundabout locations. The effectiveness of these strategies, and others, when deployed at roundabouts
remains unknown at this time
The contractor had a significantly lower cost than their competitor, but also offered a more limited scope.
