Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this contract was to assist MDE, local businesses and interagency partners at DEED and DHS in replicating three additional Project SEARCH sites across Minnesota. This model involves an extensive period of learning the core fidelity components of Project SEARCH so that practices are understood prior to implementation of the model. The three sites included, State of Minnesota, Gillette Specialty Children’s Health Care and the Mayo Clinic. In addition, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Project SEARCH staff conducted three statewide fidelity trainings for the existing Project SEARCH sites at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of MN, Hennepin County Medical Center, Avera Medical Center, Medtronic, and Fairview Lakes Medical Center.
