Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This project had an extreme deadline enforced by the USDOT and SRF delivered on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work performed was great. Additional effort was needed for the proposals cost estimates then what was
planned by MnDOT originally. SRF saw the gap and delivered the estimate with very good speed and detail.
