surface water monitoring and sampling, prepare semi-annual and annual sampling summary
reports, provide oversight of monitoring well installation, and provide GIS services. The work was necessary to perform on-going monitoring of risks to human health and the environment from creosote impacts in groundwater and surface water.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The Contractor completed the services in a timely matter.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The Contractor provided excellent quality on the project. Staff provided consistent and
knowledgeable experience, project management, and communication to the MDA. The Contractor did a great job coordinating multiple site visits, communication with residents and state contracted
laboratory and well drilling contractors, and preparing GIS-based figures and reports.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor made efforts to reduce costs by
consolidating tasks during mobilizations to the site. The Contractor did a good job using
appropriate level personnel to conduct tasks, and billing reasonable time and materials costs for the work.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent.
