Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) contracted with iDream.TV to film and edit relevant footage for the Commercial Animal Waste Technician (CAWT) applicator program. Footage was incorporated into educational training modules. The project resulted in topic area training modules, approximately twenty (20) minutes in length each and used for web-based CAWT applicator certification training. This project was necessary to fulfill statutory obligations for CAWT program.
