The purpose of the contract was to provide domestic violence prevention, life skills and cognitive thinking groups to clients assigned to the Second Chance Act grant which established a "one-stop shop" hub that served release violators returning to 4 metropolitan counties. This was a part of a collaborative effort that also provided integrated case management, case planning, employment services, job placement, group mentoring and transitional housing.
