Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The complexity of this project was relatively high with a number of unknowns going into it. This consultant delivered results with an extremely difficult project in a time frame I did not think was possible.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Out of all the positives with this consultant I believe the quality of the deliverables was the highest ranking attribute. From the time spent talking with landowners, following up on questions, following through with answers to landowners and writing settlement memos….all were wonderful.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This contractors cost was extremely cost effective. I believe I would pay twice as much just because of the quality of work.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance There is really only one question when rating a consultants overall performance – would you hire them again. The answer to that question with this consultant is a resounding yes!! This consultant exhibits an extremely high professionalism, knowledge, passion and people skills. I highly recommend!!
