Evaluate the contractor's timeliness A few of the task deadlines were late, however the time was made up and project was completed on time due to the commitment of both the researcher and CTS.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Excellent work product. This project did require more analysis and research than planned. Barbara was diligent in searching out additional sources of information to use as independent confirmation of the measured data.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Good value for the contract price. We are already introducing the research results into MnDOT practice. The research showed that for 17% higher pipe material cost you can double the life span of a metal culvert by using coatings.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Barbara Burkholder was a pleasure to work with and really put in the time and effort to make this project a success. I am very pleased with the end product and responsiveness of the researcher.
