Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Dr. Kwon provides a quality product but does need to work on project schedule adherence. He is very good to work with and is probably one of the best researchers I’ve worked with in collaborating with MnDOT staff. I would work with him again but he will need to develop more realistic schedules and adhere to them.
