This interagency agreement allows the Leadership Development Program to provide those opportunities for employees.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All classes were delivered on schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality All classes were evaluated with good to excellent ratings.

Evaluate the contractor's cost 22 classes were delivered with a total of 512 participants attending. The cost per participant totaled $81.12. This is very reasonable. On average the cost to attend outside classes ranges from $250 to $500 per participant.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The overall performance of the contractor and instructors were excellent. The final contract total was $585 less than the original contract total because the MBTI class was not full to capacity and participant materials were not needed, therefore the $585 was not invoiced.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): One class that was delivered did not receive the excellent ratings that the other classes received. However, the ratings were still on the positive side.
