Information on condition of hydraulic infrastructure will be used by MnDOT for scoping purposes.
Personnel with the necessary expertise and specialized equipment were not available to provide this one-time service when needed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The project went well. Good video and inspection information – they were able to inspect just about everything. There was some discrepancy with the editing of existing and new features, essentially, SEH was a little sloppy and lack luster about this small phase of the project. Hydinfra data was not loaded nor accepted into the database till well after the project expired. There was no labor associated with the loading of the data file. Everything else was good.
