Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Contractor had difficulties accessing REALMS and State staff had to make an onsite visit for assistance. Also, timely updates to the REALMS systems were not completed. Completed files were not returned to State for payment as soon as they were completed. This resulted in payment delays to landowners.
