Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Project scope and deliverables were completed with no delays. Contractor was part of staff augmentation to help internal staff complete and build the new components/enhancements so they were part of the ongoing staff meetings.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor lead business requirements meetings on a regular basis, kept upper management informed of project timelines and road blocks as well as meeting on a regular basis with IT staff both internal and staff augmented to evaluate and confirm what should be developed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor was chosen based on a RFP process which accounted for cost to benefit ratios.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor performed all tasks in a timely and complete manner. Contractor had a deep understanding of our business which helped with the success of the project(s).
