Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This contract was funded through an Outdoor Heritage Fund (OHF) appropriation that was directed to BWSR to contract with Ducks Unlimited to provide critical services to the RIM-WRP project. Ducks Unlimited provided staff time and professional services to hire contractors to assist BWSR, local SWCD's and NRCS with all aspects of this program. Contractors provided essential assistance to landowners to plan and implement all aspects of both the WRP and RIM programs. This contract assisted in achieving the goals of the program as outlined in the Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LSOHC) approved accomplishment plan
