Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Project was behind schedule due to problems that arose with some of the field testing of the IR camera systems. UMN team did
need occasional reminders of upcoming deadlines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality UMN team had knowledge of IR camera systems. We were surprised that the system didn't work as planned as we were building
off of previous research with IR cameras however the team was flexible in trying to make an IR system work.
