The standard lag time associated with these types of research projects resulted in the need for a change in scope for the project.
As such, the schedule needed to be extended.
The quality of analysis was good.
Cost was very reasonable given the amount of effort required and the development of a Basic TransModeler Network that could
serve as the starting point for a region wide TransModeler Model.
