The overall purpose of the project was to lead change in three areas: the refinement of the Conflict Scoping Process into the
Conflict Assessment and Management Process, to formalize the Project Management Organization process and to help Upper
Management with change management concepts. CAMP was needing revitalizing and the PMO was in the process of looking at
early steps of formation to establishing it statewide.
