The partnership works to create, acquire, disseminate and maximize the impact of knowledge on improving the transportation system in Minnesota.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance See comments below...It might be helpful for CTS to have more than one subcontracting editor. When she was gone, final reports were delayed. However, final reports were submitted prior to the contract expiration date. Additionally, during staffing changes at CTS, there was some inconsistency in quality control; however, that appeared to improve when a new staff member was hired.
