This contract applied the Enterprise Risk Management framework to structure, assess and develop a risk management plan to address jurisdictional realignment of MnDOT’s roadways. This supports MnDOT’s Minnesota GO 50-year plan.
MnDOT’s General Engineering Contract applies the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework by addressing strategic and programmatic risks to Minnesota’s vision. The ERM framework was needed for this project. This expertise was not available internally.

Timeliness was excellent. Project manager was on task through the entire project.
Superior quality products including data analysis, presentations, and final report.
The costs are in line with MnDOT accepted GEC program and are negotiated. It’s tough to evaluate and compare costs because this was a one of a kind project.
Overall contractor performance was excellent.
