Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Excellent – when review of the design was requested, Alliant was very quick about getting back to the construction engineer.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very Good – The consultant understood the needs, reviewed the relevant materials and gave responses that resolved the problem.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Excellent – This was very cost effective for us to have the consultant designer respond to questions instead of the MnDOT PM digging back through files. Alliant was very efficient.
