Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Work was performed by Mr. Rodger Skare, who is very cooperative, dependable and timely. He produces very good quality appraisals. The contract covered partial acquisitions on several large acreage parcels, which were in the path of future commercial and residential development. The parcels were very complicated and required extensive research concerning project influence, wetland delineation, guide plan, useable land area and ultimately, the appraiser’s conclusion relating to “highest and best use”. Full before/after appraisals were necessary. Fees are high, but competitive with other top-notch appraisal firms.
