Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Parcels were a mixture of partial acquisitions on several commercial properties located in the city of Lindstrom along Highway 8. The updated “before/after” appraisal reports are of high quality. Condemnation hearings were scheduled; most parcels were resolved before testimony was necessary. The Integra firm, and especially Dan Mueller, has always been cooperative, dependable and producers of high quality work.
