Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Appraisals were needed for potential condemnation hearings on various commercial properties located along University Ave for the CCLRT (light rail) project. They followed the “before and after” format and accurately addressed the issues without excessive production. Mr. McKinzie is very cooperative, dependable and timely. His fees are very reasonable and generally well below competing appraisal firms.
