Evaluate the contractor's timeliness I had a very aggressive timeframe associated with this contract due to an early letting schedule. This consultant delivered early and produced an exceptional product despite the numerous changes that occurred at late stages of delivery. Never a complaint from her.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The products were full before and after appraisals that require additional time and consideration. The appraisals were presented in a very professional manner and the actual review changes from Central Office were few and minor in nature.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Exceptional value for Before and After appraisals. I know of no other consultant that will do this type appraisal for the same cost Kelly has completed them.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance This consultant has proved over the years that her professionalism and product quality is second to none. This allows less extreme oversight on my part which allows me the flexibility to spend more time on other projects. This fact cannot be overstated. I am extremely satisfied with this contractor.
