Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The purpose of this Contract is to provide assistance to the State in properly dealing with problems associated with contaminated soil, contaminated groundwater, petroleum storage tanks or solid or hazardous waste materials affecting the State’s maintenance operations as determined by the State’s Project Manager. In these situations, rapid response in dealing with the contamination problem is necessary to avoid interruptions in maintenance operations, and to avoid potential negative impacts to the public or the environment.

He corrected himself. I also had to discuss the lateness of presenting the last invoice that three months pas termination date of the contract
