Evaluate the contractor's overall performance We are fortunate to have Lydia work for us because she is the quintessential person to perform archives work. She brings decades of experience working with government records and as such, is a self-starter and busily goes about her work, checking in with me and other library staff when decisions need to be made. With her experience, Lydia has solved problems for us that only her knowledge could inform. The benefit of Lydia’s knowledge and experience to MnDOT is that she performs her work quickly and has accomplished much during this contract. Furthermore, Lydia is an excellent communicator and keeps me and the library staff informed of her work and processes during her time working for us. I am hoping Lydia will apply to the TRAP program so that we can continue to capitalize on her many talents.
