Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The consultant met all of the required timelines and kept MnDOT in the loop as to timing of deliverables

Evaluate the contractor's quality The consultant’s quality was very good. The reports and PowerPoint presentations were top notch. Mr. Burge especially did an excellent job with the inter actions with the residents and was able to build trust.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractors cost was fair based on the unique type of work (first study of its kind in Minnesota)

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall I was very pleased with contractors work. Very little rework was necessary and strongly believe that having the consultant hired, allowed us to have a very successful project which at the start was very heated with the residents and legislators.
