Noise and Mobile Source Air Toxics Analysis on I-9
4144
The goal of this study is to perform separate Noise and Mobile Source Air Toxics (MSAT) analysis to determine the impacts and mitigation for those impacts as a result of the proposed improvements on I-94. The tasks associated with this contract will be project management, noise analysis, MSAT analysis, and preparation of text to document the findings of each analysis for the inclusion into the Environmental Assessment (EA) document. It was necessary to acquire a consultant due to the timing of the project and no available staff to perform the work.

All of the deliverables were either on time or were early compared to the schedule in the contract. The consultants staff kept me informed on timing and any issues that came up
All of the contractor deliverables were of a high quality and little rework needed. In some cases the contractor went above and beyond in the quality and assistance to the project manager and project team.
The contractors’ costs were fair and straight forward. I felt there was no excess time spent on tasks and they had a great team of staff on the job!
Overall I was very pleased with the contractors work. In all cases they were quick to react to changes and requests from the project team.
