Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very timely – they got started right away and completed the project ahead of schedule

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the cleaning was great. Good video documentation of dirty pipes and cleaned pipes. Hydinfra ratings were somewhat inconsistent. A few videos were also missing and others had wrong labels making it difficult to locate the correct video for said pipe. Pipe size and material was conflicting on some of the videos.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost was good and they completed a significant amount of cleaning within the allocated budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall I think they did a good job. I need to work with the operator to gain the consistence needed to make sure that the Hydinfra data is reflective of the actual condition of the infrastructure.
