Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor followed up with the TAP, met with MnDOT to get direction on the project, listened and incorporated our suggestions into his project and stayed on TASK and pressed the TAP to meet to stay on task.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The work the contractor performed is being incorporated into our test routines. The routine does not have any bugs that we have found.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The fees are in line with the costs associated with updating and providing testing routines for OTSM.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Did a great job on this effort, and we appreciated his ability to listen to our requirements.
