Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Note that final deliverables date was 8/30/2014 while contract expiration date was 6/30/2015. Final deliverables delayed due to factors out of their control including limited access to MnROAD site and difficulties finding suitable sites in greater Minnesota.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Overall the consultant’s quality was excellent.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost is considered very competitive related to the amount and quality of work performed

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Performance was excellent. Very cooperative and customer oriented. Since they are a new to state consultant contracting there were some startup issues, primarily getting them to invoice regularly.
