Evaluate the contractor's timeliness John Reyant was timely with communications and project tasks. Bolton & Menk was not timely with invoices, in a few cases had to be contacted multiple times to answer invoicing questions.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, we were satisfied with John Reyant’s work. He was able to manage his workload effectively, and learned quickly where to direct questions. John required very little management, allowing others to focus on their work.
