Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All office and field work performed within required time constraints. Draft and Final Reports were submitted on time. Only issue with timeliness was that the Preliminary Summary Reports for each individual bridge were submitted at the end of the inspection period rather than as each bridge was completed.
