Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This consultant was extremely timely in his delivery considering the unique location of parcels and difficulty with landowner availability.

Evaluate the contractor's quality I have used this consultant before and have always been delivered a high quality product. This project is no different.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This contractors cost is competitive with and all other consultants.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Mr. Corson is an extremely capable appraiser and has the personality needed when dealing with landowners who are having their land purchased for new roads. I have no qualms in assigning Mr. Corson to the most difficult of assignments and expect excellent results.
