Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Progressive Consulting Engineers (PCE) met deadlines for all phases of design.

Evaluate the contractor's quality PCE designed the water distribution system to meet all local and state codes. All parking lots and road improvements met the owners intent and are performing as designed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The consultant cost was 8.4% of the total construction cost.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance During the design and construction phases of the project, PCE incorporated all of the design criteria requested by the MNARNG. The design team also coordinated with the City of Arden Hills to ensure all city codes and design standards were met. Through several meetings with all partie4s involved, PCE was able to design a product that achieved the goals of the MNARNG, users of AHATS, and the City of Arden Hills.
