The purpose of this contract is to complete a limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II Investigation. The Phase II Investigation will be based on the results of the Phase I and anticipated construction. This information will be used by State to determine final project design plans/specifications and to potentially obtain liability protections.
