Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor delivered all products on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor’s work was very high quality. He made sure to evaluate two different sections of the road where where he noticed changes in bituminous quality and aggregate base material. He also investigated different emulsion materials with Flint Hills Resources.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor’s cost was reasonable.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor did a great job throughout the project. He communicated with me regularly with the progress he was making and let me know about issues he was having with the emulsion supplier. The work was thorough, complete, and accurate.
