In May he informed us he would not be able to work for about 2 weeks while he ****, which would have allowed him only a couple of weeks to complete the project work if he was able to restart work in 2 weeks.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Due to his inability to work because of **** issues and not producing any complete deliverables during the time he had worked we cancelled his contract on 5/19/14.
