Evaluate the contractor's cost Good; we didn’t do as much cleaning as intended because they were hampered by difficult access to the respective pipes in need of cleaning.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I thought the project went well. Access to some of the features was very difficult and the contractor did a good job of addressing each pipe in a safe and effective manner.
